Hate begets hate,

bring love.

Blame leads to revenge,

bring compassion

Rage triggers violence,

bring peace.

Fear motivates withdrawal,

bring calm.

Collapse leads to defeat,

bring healing.

Exhaustion robs engagement,

bring energy.

Lies foster confusion,

bring truth.

Cynicism creates nihilism,

bring hope.

Surrender permits dominance,

bring resolve.

Despair generates isolation,

bring community.

Hopelessness drives denial,

bring nature,

Detachment fosters unconsciousness,

bring awareness.

Negativity crushes inspiration,

bring the mystical Self.

We are never alone or defenseless.

The deepest source of our resistance

to tyranny and injustice

lies in our common humanity

and the mystical experience

of our divine nature.

Generate a force field

of love, empathy, and healing

to rein in the raging beast.

Love begets the strength to care.
