Listen to a stream and follow its advice.

Go deep into the forest and learn from its consciousness.

Nature is full of voices showing us the way.

You were never in control.

Spirituality is about finding your place

in the sacred dance of Creation.

Sand in an Hourglass

No one should tell another who they are,

what beliefs they should hold,

or whether their work is valuable.

On awakening,  judgment and opinion

 fall like sand in an hourglass,

in the empty silence

of thought transcended.

Come To Your Senses

call to “I Am God” consciousness,

 inviting us to leave the head-world

of thought, fantasy, and worry

for the timeless, radically here-and-now reality

found in pure sensory awareness.

Every perception brilliantly clear and sharp,

every detail captivating.

Abruptly departing the mind’s parallel universe,

we step carefully into the first-hand experience

of Heaven on Earth.

Presence

Reality is conscious and alive.

It knows us.

Every tree, plant, rock, and cloud

senses our presence as we walk by

and invites us into

the divine world

which is their home,

and ours.
