In the “I Am God” state,
I enter my essential nature –
the vast and universal force of love.
It flows up from my core
melting inner rigidities
like ice in love’s fire.
I cannot stop loving the world.

In the “I Am God” state,
I enter my essential nature –
the vast and universal force of love.
It flows up from my core
melting inner rigidities
like ice in love’s fire.
I cannot stop loving the world.

One day you will reach a crossroads.
Do you want to experience God
or continue your spiritual journey?
You have to choose.
The first
you can do right now,
the second
extends your search indefinitely.
If you think about this
too much
the choice is already made.

In “I am God” consciousness,
God looks
out my eyes,
joy explodes
through every cell in my body.
I love everyone
and everything.
In this awakened state,
I raise the world’s collective spiritual being.
It’s that simple.

Don’t try to figure this out,
just do it.
Analysis, skepticism, or fear of embarrassment
sever your connection with God
and place you back in the thought prison.
Every question,
every “but,”
every doubt,
restores the illusions
of thought and thinker.
You will never understand awakened consciousness
until you experience it,
and that experience will be different
than anything you can think
or imagine.

Your problems will never end until
you give up the quest to fix them.
Relax.
Quit trying.
The idea of “you” creates the very problems you struggle with.
Freedom, happiness, and vocation begin
the moment
your personal movie ends
and you walk into
the ineffable, all-pervading light
of God’s presence.
We are not in the world for solutions, riches, or fame,
we are here to awaken the power of love
that fuels Creation.

Our deepest realizations
come spontaneously
in the still, silent, thought-free consciousness
that is Presence itself,
releasing feelings, intuitions, and insights
entirely different than those
sourced from a distressed or racing mind.
Here we discover what it means
to be Divine Humans
in a Divine World.

God wants us to know where we live,
to open our senses to now
and this and here,
because wherever we are is God.
Divinity pours through the world
like sunlight through silk.
In this radiant splendor,
why would we go anywhere else?
It’s all God –
this grass,
this bench,
this heat,
this bird call,
this blackberry bush,
this water,
this consciousness.
In this consecrated moment,
we are sacred, too.
That’s also what God wants us to know.

We live on a fast-moving train
of plans, schedules, routines, and habits.
The moment we think about our day, we’re on board.
This train never actually goes anywhere,
though it takes on many passengers and tasks,
fills up the years of our lives, then
drops us off disguised as old people.
But sometimes, along the way,
we get off the train
and, startled by beauty,
question the whole routine.
Then we board again and forget.
But try this once in a while:
get off the train,
go outside
to meet a tree or child or breeze.
Ask your soul what it wants most.

Penetrate your being and find God.
Each person, place, and thing is the way
because each is God.
Perhaps you learned this idea was sacrilege or profane,
but in truth it’s the seminal experience in every religion.
Roaring fires of divine love burn deep in our souls
to consume humankind’s unity-splitting
identities, beliefs, and problems.
The transformed being
after the burning
embodies this love.
God is the ultimate catalyst of change.
You are that source.

What if consciousness
was God’s love gently holding everyone?
What if life
was God’s essence in all living things?
What if God
was our very nature, the cure for every problem?
What if we knew this in our core?
In mystical consciousness, it’s already true.
What if you felt that right now?
